Marc Troller was elected unanimously as a scrutineer of the General Meeting SATTA 2017.

As stipulated in the statutes the minutes 2016 have been duly distributed with the invitation.
The minutes of the General Meeting of March 22nd, 2016 were unanimously approved. - Summary of 2016 and focus of 2017
An annual retrospective written by the SATTA EB was distributed with the invitation.
Focus on Activities during 2016:
° ATSEP License (FOCA visit, ICAO Working Paper on ATSEP License);
° Stakeholder at Skyguide (Stratcom, TUM, LOCOM & Safety Survey);
° Social event in Beromünster;
° SATTA at Basic Training and
° International Network (DACH Meeting in Lucerne, IFATSEA Eurogroup).
Focus on Activities during 2017:
° ATSEP License at EU level,
° Gain new EB members;
° Presence in new media,
° Social event for members (ideas of members always welcome),
° International meetings (DACH & IFATSEA) as well as exchange with EB skyguide;
Roger Muntwyler asked about any involvement of SATTA in the sg restructuring project "TOM. SATTA has unfortunately not yet been involved, although promised by sg management.
Kilian Pfister was presented with a gift as well as a round of applause for the brilliant organization of the marvelous social event in Beromünster. - Finances
4.1 Financial statements 2016
The cashier explains the financial statements.
4.2 Auditors' Report 2016
The financial audit report was prepared by Pascal Truffer and Aldo Bravo. The auditors for 2017 will be Aldo Bravo and Maurizio Scaramuzza.
4.3 Budget 2017
The SATTA Budget 2017 was approved unanimously.
4.4 Membership fees
Membership fees will be maintained at current level; - SATTA Membership
The number of SATTA is slightly dwindling with currently exactly 110 SATTA members. However, the proportion of passive members is steadily increasing. Shall our association survive in the long run SATTA must win additional new members. - Mutations and Honors After 10 years Guido Deplazes retires from the SATTA EB. He was presented with a gift from the EB as well as a round of applause. SATTA member Mauro Odermatt takes over the dossier of Guido.
- Elections
Roger Suter was re-elected unanimously as president followed by a round of applause. The rest of the EB was re-elected unanimously in one vote, in particular:
° Patrik Mächler, Actuary
° Bruno Schmid, Cashier
° Stefan Böller and Christian Lareida.
Roger Muntwyler was unanimously newly elected as an additional financial auditor. - Motions for Members
The proposal by Stefan Böller for an amendment to the Articles of Association concerning the deletion of the paragraph 'Weisenrat' was discussed. The motion was unanimously accepted. - Communications and Miscellaneous
Roman Fischer suggested correcting the seat of the SATTA association from 'Flughafen Zürich' to 'Wangen-Brüttisellen'. The SATTA EB clarifies this and will present the amended statutes at the next GA.
Roger Muntwyler raised the following proposal for an improved perception of SATTA in skyguide management: "1 and 2-letter managers" shall be offered a one-year free SATTA membership, be invited to the social event as well as the GA and receive the SATTA newsletters. The SATTA EB will discuss this proposal and act accordingly.
