Is the Skyguide financing model still up-to-date today?

Initiated by Syndicom Li Min Marti (SP) sent an interpellation to the Federal Council asking whether the "current financing model of  Skyguide is state-of-the art" in light of the COVID crisis. Due to the reduced air traffic, Skyguide went in to financial presssure and the Skyguide's Executive Board had to ask the Federal Council for financial aid.
