The difference between "work as done" and "work as planned" can be quite significant, especially in a dynamic, non-determistic system like Air Traffic Management and aircraft operations. This webinar aims to show how safety management survey, focusing on the positive safety actions of staff within an Air Navigation Service Provider, can add value to an organisations safety management system by identifying the mechanisms by which a safe service is maintained in operations.
